About me
I currently serve as a Student Career Counselor at the University of Central Florida, helping students assess career interests, set goals, and develop actionable career plans. With a background in mentoring roles through non-profit organizations, my work focuses on empowering students by providing them with the tools and mindset necessary for success, both in their careers and in life. Throughout my journey, I have cultivated a holistic approach to mentoring and career coaching, emphasizing leadership development, character building, and skills acquisition. I have successfully designed and implemented workforce readiness programs, collaborated with community organizations, and worked closely with educational institutions to create opportunities that prepare young people for their future endeavors, whether they are pursuing higher education or entering the workforce directly. My passion lies in helping individuals discover their potential, set and achieve meaningful goals, and develop the skills they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving world.
