Amanda Shere is a dedicated and accomplished University Recruiting Senior Associate with a robust background in higher education, career development, and talent acquisition. In addition to her role, she serves as the Chairperson for the Tampa chapter of GT's Working Parents & Allies business resource group, co-leads the Tampa office Advisory Council, and leads the National University Recruiting Onboarding Team. These roles highlight her leadership skills and dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive environments. With a diverse range of previous experiences, Amanda has honed her expertise as a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, Employer Relations Coordinator, Career Counselor, First-year Outreach Specialist, and Adjunct Instructor.
