Jeff Beavers is a recognized expert in the college labor market, backed by more than 25 years of extensive experience in career services, campus recruiting, and educational technology. He has held impactful leadership roles at the University of Illinois, Michigan State University, GE, Whirlpool Corp, AbbVie, Handshake, and Yello, where he has led innovative strategies and industry-leading initiatives. In his current role at 12twenty, Jeff collaborates with colleges and employers to implement data-driven solutions that boost student success and elevate talent acquisition outcomes. Beyond his corporate work, for the past four years, he has co-led a major grant-funded project in Africa, spearheading the establishment of career centers at universities across Mozambique to fuel workforce development and economic advancement.
