Marisela Juarez (MJ) is an Employer Relations Coordinator at the University of Central Florida, where she plays a key role in strengthening connections between employers and students. With expertise in event planning and marketing, she helps coordinate the bi-annual Internship and Career Expo, ensuring a seamless experience for both recruiters and attendees. In addition, MJ develops strategic marketing plans for Career Services events, leveraging social media, email campaigns, and traditional outreach to maximize student engagement.
