Shelby Melfi is the Career Services Academic Program Manager at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where she is leading the pilot phase of Work+ to equip supervisors with best practices to support a career readiness workplace culture. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCF and a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She has previously worked in UCF Experiential Learning and with the Orange County Public Schools Career and Technical Education program for Biotechnology. Shelby's combined academic expertise and hands-on experience in both higher education and workforce development make her a passionate advocate for student success in the evolving job market.
