About me
Taylor Sandifer is an Assistant Director of Employer Relations at UCF Career Services, where she cultivates strategic partnerships with engineering and technical employers to enhance recruitment initiatives and career programming. In this role, she manages the employer sponsorship program, ensuring sustained engagement through proactive communication and customized support—leading to lasting partnerships. Before stepping into her current position, Taylor served as the Employer Relations Coordinator with UCF Career Services, supporting the foundational work she now leads. She also collaborates with student organizations and campus departments to create impactful career engagement opportunities, including networking events and professional development programs. Taylor earned a BA in Sociology and Modern Languages from Winthrop University and an MA in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida.
